Microphone sensitivity

The sensitivity if my mic is low. I performed test with youlean receiving decibel test. This phone is avg receiving 30 decibels lower then others. What can do to solve this, it is a new phone.

With thew Samsung Members-app you can test if the microphone and if this is working properly. When the test fails you can also check how this is in Safe Mode.

Is the microphone still not working the way it should, you can choose for a service request 😇

Thanks for your reply. The tests are passing since it is not broken. I just don't understand why reception seems on low side. The people that I call can still hear me 🙂

Because the testes ran successful your microphone isn't broken indeed and also when you make a phone call they can hear you.

For you the microphone isn't strong enough and to improve this you can look for an external microphone which you can connect to your phone 😇

Yes, that is one option. I notied this lower sensitivity comparing to other phones, even pc's in same environment. I was just looking for easy, maybe software solutions. But I will just go with it. Thanks for your proposal 😉
