Thank you for the clarification.

I advise you to check if the Facebook application has an update. You can also reset this app from Settings - Apps - Facebook - Storage - Delete Data/Clear Cache.

thanks for reply, done update, cleared cache and no, still not working, tried attaching screenshot but cannot

If you can use emojis with other apps, it's possible the problem is with Facebook. I advise you to contact the developer of this application for more information on how it works.
