I can't track my order

So yesterday evening I made a purchase and selected the option "express shipment" because I will not be in the house at the weekend.

I was logged into my Samsung account and was using a uni-days discount. They provided me with an "order number" which is not working and not showing on my Samsung account. Then I tried to use the external link from their e-mail to reach my account. However, I can not open my account by that link too.

So I'm stuck at home with a lot of things to do and wondering if I can receive my order on time.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

Note: the order number I've received is something like the following: DEXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX

This does not work for me because the system does not accept my e-mail, unfortunately.

Gives the following error:

Bitte gib eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse ein und versuche es erneut.

Dann solltest Du einmal Samsung kontaktieren, hier im Userforum können wir da leider nicht helfen

Hast du schon eine Email bekommen, dass die Bestellung überhaupt versandt wurde?

Just now, I have received a DHL tracking number but I'm just thinking what was the point of getting an express shipment (1 working day) if they take longer to issue that? A similar thing happened in the past again. Maybe I should just stop using Samsung's official website to buy products...
