Gehe dazu in Chrome zu den Einstellungen und wähle dann "Erweitert" aus. Unter "System" sollte die Option "Fenster automatisch maximieren" sehen. Aktivieren Sie diese Option, damit Chrome immer maximiert wird, wenn es geöffnet wird.
