How to disable Bluetooth on the monitor SyncMaster LS27A950?

I have two monitors SyncMaster LS27A950. They came with 3D-glasses that are connected to the monitors via Bluetooth. As I never use this function, I want to disable Bluetooth on the monitors, but there is no way to do this using the monitor onscreen configuration menu. Bluetooth is always active, even when 3D mode is off. The monitors identify as Samsung 3D TV, when you search for Bluetooth devices, e.g. on the mobile phone.

Hallo @DocRJP,

ich antworte dir mal auf Deutsch, da das hier die deutschsprachige Community ist. Bluetooth lässt sich nicht deaktivieren.

Ich markiere das als Lösung, auch wenn es nicht die erhoffte Nachricht ist.

Hi @BerlinTop,

ich habe einen LS27A950, bei dem anscheinend der Bluetooth Sender nix mehr sendet 😞 ... Brille ist in Ordnung, lässt sich aber mit meinem Monitor nicht koppeln. Reparatur ist nicht mehr möglich, weil zu alt.

Ich schaue gerne auch mal einen Film in 3D und vermisse diese Möglichkeit schon sehr ... Hast Du einen oder sogar beide noch und würdest einen eventuell mit mir tauschen? Ich weiß, das klingt verrückt, aber ich fände es ganz toll, wenn es doch irgendwie machbar wäre

Oh je. Ich hab die Dinger beruflich 24/7 in Benutzung und bin froh, daß ich die Macken, die sie haben, unter Kontrolle habe. Wenn ich endlich vernünftige OLED-Displays finde, ersetze ich sie. Bis dahin gilt: never touch a running system.
