Wie wohl mittlerweile so viele habe ich nun auch den pinken Streifen im Display (ca. 1cm rechts von der Frontkamera). Das Gerät wurde noch nie fallen gelassen und weißt keine Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Was ist zu tun?

Setz dich mit dem Service in Verbindung, die Mitarbeiter sagen dir dann wie es weiter geht.

As long as you are at the same place you have bought your phone they will help you, otherwise you will have to bear that annoying stripe(s) or get rid of your phone. Unfortunately, Samsung does not have a global warranty and they do not give a sh.. about. Telling you my story, I bought my phone in Egypt last year, the stripe appeared right after four months and Samsung Germany said I should go to Egypt ( laughable but true). Does not matter which way you contact them (phone, chat, email, personally) they always find the way to get rid of you. Finally, I ended up buying the Note 8 Duos which hope does not come with colour stripes or any other defect.
