      <title>Bluetooth device connected but no sound.</title>

      <description>On the 2nd of January I got my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I used my bluetooth earbuds on a daily base and never a problem. Untill last night (January 9th) My earbuds are connected but give no sound. They make the connected sound and in the bluetooth settings I see that calls, audio and input device are on. But whenever I play a song on Spotify or YouTube music it doesn't give a sound. When I try to play a video the video doesn't give a sound and the video doesn't play or plays very very slow and falters. I reseted the networks, and disconnected the bluetooth earbuds. I restarted the phone and when I connect the bluetooth again it does work for a little while, but if the bluetooth is disconnected and reconnected it doesn't work anymore. I've tried two other pairs of bluetooth earbuds and a bluetooth speaker but non of them work. I've tried several things but nothing works, it used to work perfectly so I hope it will again because listening music is the thing I do most on my phone! I hope someone can help me!&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Did you do these steps?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From your home screen, swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Notification panel.&lt;BR /&gt;Touch the&amp;nbsp;Settings&amp;nbsp;icon.&lt;BR /&gt;Swipe to and touch General management.&lt;BR /&gt;Touch&amp;nbsp;Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;Touch&amp;nbsp;Reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Touch&amp;nbsp;RESET SETTINGS.&lt;BR /&gt;Again, touch&amp;nbsp;RESET SETTINGS&amp;nbsp;to confirm your decision.</description>

      <description>That fixed part of my problem, BUT there is no sound in phonecalls through bluetooth on any bluetooth headphones. Went to settings and did everything i could find. How do i fix that ?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Heb je inmiddels al een update gehad voor jouw telefoon en de Buds? HEb je deze misschien ook gekoppeld met een andere apparaat? Heb je de Buds zelf al eens gereset? Een andere mogelijkheid is om de netwerkinstellingen van jowu telefoon te resetten.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ga naar Instellingen &amp;gt; Algemeen beheer &amp;gt; Resetten en kies daar voor de optie Netwerkinstellingen resetten.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Let op!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/I&gt; Na het resetten moet je opnieuw verbinden met het netwerk, dus zorg dat je het wachtwoord van je Wi-Fi verbinding in de buurt hebt.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes update gedaan, nee niet gekoppeld aan andere apparaten. Reset ook gedaan. Netwerk instellingen ook gddaan. In principe alles gedaan wat er te doen valt, maar niks helpt. Meerdere fora gevonden met hetzelfde probleem en geen enkel persoon heeft een oplossing, naast hetzelfde antwoord krijge: wacht op een update. Ondertussen een update gehad, dit hedft het niet verholpen. Ook contact gehad met tech support en zij geven aan dat ik mn telefoon moet laten repareren. Omdat ik ergens een chippie in mn scherm heb, willen ze niks doen en moet ik 700 euro aan reparaie betalen voordat ze uberhaupt willen kijken naar een software issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Voice of customers kon mij niet helpen. Tech support van samsung heeft me gebeld, konden ook niks voor me betekenen. Flashen vna mn telefoon helpt niet. Niks.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
