Cleaning Frame gone wrong

I have seen a couple of posts where people have the same issues as me I’ve wiped the frame screen with a damp cloth and it now seems to be ruined. I can see how you should clean it - I’ve read the instructions 20 times and followed them. Nobody has posted how they resolved it only asking for help. Please can anybody let me know if they fixed it and how?

I am going through this same issue. There is a smudge that will not go away from the slightest amount of water and cloth (immediately dried upon application)

Not really, I still have water spots. It’s a smashing tv but only until you try to clean it. A lot of money for a t.v that is ruined by a smudge ☹️

MAGIC ERASER!! I thought my TV was ruined but the eraser saved my butt. Damp a microfiber cloth, rub on the area, then with a dry magic eraser, rub in circular motion!!

truky like a new TV!?
