      <description>This is sickening.&lt;DIV&gt;Samsung Belgium Support is unable to help if you don't have social media.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Sorry to break it to you but not everyone has social media.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Then not helping a customer with driver support is just sickening.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
